Thank you for choosing R&B Camp Baggage. In order to provide you with the best and most efficient baggage service, we ask that you please note the following instructions:

Baggage must not exceed 75 pounds per piece. Bags in excess of 75 pounds will not be accepted and no refunds will be provided. To avoid injury to our crew and camp staff this policy will be strictly enforced!

To be assured of service and avoid late fees, each camper must fill out a form and return it prior to May 1.

Prior to June 1, R&B Camp Baggage will send you a confirmation notice with your baggage tags, the exact date and approximate time of pickup, along with instructions to follow if you cannot be home to meet the driver on your specified date and time of pickup.

Families shipping their bags home will be notified by postcard of the baggage return date 2 weeks before the end of camp.

Camps recommend the use of soft duffels, most camps do not allow hard trunks. Check with your camp for it's policy.

R&B Camp Baggage is not responsible for any damage to baggage or its contents. When packing, please take care not to overload bags or include sharp or breakable objects. Baggage is valued against fire/theft at $200.00 a piece. The limit on sports equipment, such as hockey and lacrosse sticks, is a maximum of $50.00 each. Increased coverage up to $1,000 a piece is available for $20.00 per camper.
