We are happy to issue refunds for service, provided they are cancelled in advance of the scheduled service.
June Service - If service is cancelled before June 1st, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made after June 1st are subject to a $35 service fee and cancellation on the day of scheduled service with no prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
July Service - If service is cancelled before July 1st, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made after July 1st are subject to a $35 service fee and cancellation on the day of scheduled service with no prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
August Service - If service is cancelled before August 1st, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made after August 1st are subject to a $35 service service fee and cancellation on the day of scheduled service with no prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our office via our contact form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and can take up to 2 weeks to process.
Please note, full service cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee.
